Welcome to the 2022 HSEL Fall Major preseason!

Preseason is the perfect time to play practice matches with other teams in the league, learn more about the GenE platform and its queue system, and chat with your regional scholastic esports consultant. Once a roster is registered for a Fall Major tournament, they may participate. This season features a variety of queue times to make competing for scholarships and other great prizes easy.

Interested in what is new this season? The first two minutes of this video describe what is new in HSEL!

We’re also giving away $200 to one school that participates in preseason this year! You won’t want to miss out. Don’t forget, your students may queue for as many preseason matches as they wish! Once the regular season starts next week, each player/roster may queue once per week.

If you are new to esports, our Match Day Protocol guide and video will help you ensure your students are ready to go. If you encounter any issues on match day, you can contact our support team by filing a ticket here, or by clicking on the chat bubble on the bottom right of any page on our platform.

We also have several webinars designed to make your preseason a successful one:

  • The HSEL Registration webinars cover the schedule, games offered, and prizes, and feature a team management demo.

  • Our Competition Tutorials are short and sweet. In these sessions, we show you how to easily set up your team and register for competition.

  • Our Open Houses are Zoom meetings you can drop into at any time and ask a team member anything regarding registration, the fall season, or the league in general! These will occur every Thursday in September.
