The High School Esports League is accepting proposals from collegiate institutions who are interested in hosting Local Area Network (LAN) events for HSEL and affiliates.
Service & Work Requirements
Expectations:
Provide an Esports Arena with spectator and broadcaster space for hosting a LAN event for the High School Esports League and affiliates
Provide the necessary technology and services required to host a LAN event for gaming and broadcasting
Provide a point of contact from the college that will be responsible for answering questions and supporting our staff for on-campus needs
Provide Housing and Meals for Students participating in the LAN event
Provide Housing and Meals for Generation Esports Employees operating the LAN event
Provide assistance for transportation for all students participating in the LAN event
Provide assistance for transportation for all Generation Esports employees coming to help operate the LAN event
Provide streaming station for High School Esports League and affiliates OR a production team to stream and cast the event
Mandatory Requirements:
An Esports LAN Center or Arena on campus
At least 10 PCs are required that can run Valorant and/or Rocket League at 144 fps
Capability to house students and Generation Esports employees coming to the event
Pricing:
Pricing should be submitted in a fixed price structure
Pricing should cover all the mandatory requirements listed above

Proponent Organization / Technical Skills / Experience:
Please list any and all live event experience your college has had in the past
Staffing capabilities
Internet access and specifications
List the number of gaming stations available for play as well as practice/warmup
Please list all specifications within the gaming stations
State whether you have a stage where main events will take place
